This
to add to nothingness
a penultimate composition
of truth
unspoken, unheard, unseen
like the metaphysical universe
of you and I
Man is the enigma of all
creation
he asked the Sufi question
of the fish in the water
Would that he stopped asking
if he can not tell again
the difference between the
water and him
I once prayed walking on
the waves of the sea
like Jesus taught me
but religion said this could
not be
so I land in the bottom
on my knees
And trace the sands of time
with my fingers
because my mind is beyond
this
It has followed the soul
seeking only
refuge in the light of the
unknowable.
